Product Pricing:
Prices posted on website are based on current market values and subject to change without notice according to fashion or price precious metals on market.
Custom Orders:
Custom made jewelry is begun upon receipt of payment and a non-refundable 50% materials deposit is required. All custom orders sales are final.
NO exchanges or refunds will be made on Special Orders or Custom Orders. NO EXCEPTIONS. We love doing custom work, but custom orders require much time and communication, and usually require twice as much labor as items that are one of a kind and posted to the site.
Customers who change the original design more than 2 times are assessed a 20% custom order surcharge.

We use US 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Basic fee start from $4.90 and go up depending on location by US domestic shipping. All of our product we send by certified and insured mail. All orders more then $200 require signature. Insurance Prices .

When returning your package, please include the following:
1) Unworn item(s) in its original condition
2) A copy of the original invoice
3) Please let us know the reason for your return -- We strive to provide the best possible service and product for our customers.
Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. Please insure your return or use a method such as UPS or FedEx to have a record of your return. We are not responsible for lost or items damaged during shipping.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at our studio.
